- Peak Rates: Peak prices are all the following Holidays and Months: New Years, Valentines, Presidents Day, Spring Break (Month of March), Easter, Memorial Day, Month of July, Thankgiving, and Christmas.
Off-Peak Rates: Off-Peak prices are all other days, including the summer months.
Deposit: A two night deposit is required to hold the reservation. You may send a check, money order, or charge your deposit to credit card. Deposit must be mailed immediately if paying with check or money order. If deposit is not received within a week, the reservation may be canceled.
Form of Payment: The balance due for your stay is required two weeks prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled in writing 30 days prior to arrival or deposit will be forfeited. Under special circumstances, a portion of the deposit may be credited to future stay. Our cabin is a four seasons cabin and is rented in all weather conditions, and therefore inclement weather is not a reas - son to cancel or receive a refund.
Cleaning Fee: There is a mandatory cleaning fee due at time of your stay. This fee is for the cleaning of cabin after you leave. The fee is $60. If the cabin is left in a terrible condition we reserve the right to charge a higher rate.
Your Rate Includes: Accommodations at Cabin. No other services are provided. The cabin provides laundry soap, dish soap, salt, pepper etc. We ask that you replenish what you have used.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit will be required at the time of your reservation. Any damage done to cabin during your stay will be taken out of this deposit.
Please note:
We have a NON-SMOKING Cabin. Smoking is permitted only outside the cabin, all cigarette, or cigar butts must be properly disposed of and not left in yard.
No pets Please.

BR B Amenities: /B BR Cabin has kitchen with dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave, and all dishes and utensils. The bathroom has washer and dryer, shower, and all linens you will need. BR B Activities: /B BR There are many sites available to you in and around the area. The cabin is located 2 miles from The Rio Grande Club. The Club is ranked by Golf Digest as the 6th best new upscale public golf course in the nation. Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Rock Climbing, Hunting, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Rafting, Swimming, Jeeping, Downhill Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Sledding. If you don't feel like cooking you will find resturants in the area to please and fullfill your appetite. The Area has so much more to offer in things to do it's hard to list them all.
The township of Creede, Co is 20 miles north, home of the nationally acclaimed Repertory Theatre and underground mining museum. While there is no active mining in Mineral County at present, Creede still boasts of an amazing historical mining district, a strong arts community, and an outdoor enthusiast's mecca that draw thousands of visitors to this area every year! To the south 18 miles you are in for a treat at one of Colorado's oldest and finest ski resorts. Wolf Creek ski resort with the most snow in Colorado. To the south over Wolf Creek Pass 36 miles sits Pagosa Springs, Co. The home of the Worlds Largest mineral hot springs and Fred Harmon (Red Ryder) art museum. Nice restaurants and shops for your pleasure. Other sites would include day trips to several water falls with majestic beauty, the Royal Gorge, Durango, Co.
with the celebrated Durango-Silverton narrow gauge railroad, Purgatory Ski Resort, Telluride Ski Resort, and Mesa Verde National Park with the worlds largest collection of ancient cliff dwellings.
