Summer - Memorial Day to Labor Day reservations - Full payment is due 90 days in advance
Off season - 2 weeks or longer, or holiday reservations are due 90 days in advance
Off season 7 night reservations are due 60 days in advance, except for holiday reservations.
*Hotel Tax, cleaning and a refundable damage deposit are not included in the advertised rates.

We offer personalize service, so we like to speak with you in person before confirming a reservation.
We also understand that may not be possible in all circumstances due to world geographical locations. - Weekly rates range from $1495.00 - off season to $2495.00 high season ( holidays are slightly higher)
Monthly rates available: November and December $2800 (includes holiday weeks) 28 night reservation
: January and February and first two weeks in March - $2690.00 28 night reservation
Off Season: Maximum of 4 people maximum for this rental for the off season of Oct - May reservation dates

- We have a deliciously comfortable king bed with crisp cotton sheets and linens for your sleeping pleasure. The Master bedroom has a 1/2 bath for your personal use. The Second beach bedroom has twin beds with the fresh cotton linens for the great sleep after a long day at the beach. We also provide a sofa sleeper which can accommodate one adult person comfortably. In the off season - October - May, we prefer a maximum of 4 people. In the summer May - End of September, up to 5 people is totally acceptable.
