Memorial weekend- $500 for 3 nights if not rented.
A $150 security deposit and signed rental agreement is required to hold a reservation.
Final payment in full is due three weeks prior to the beginning date reserved. - Cancellation Policy- Full refund if made three weeks prior to beginning rental date. Full rental and deposit fees forfeited if cancellation is made less than three weeks prior to beginning reserved rental date. Security deposit returned within two weeks of departure date if cottage is left in same clean condition as upon arrival.
Owner's right to cancel- Owner of Huron Shores Cottage LLC Harbor Beach, MI reserves to right to cancel anytime.
Fees: Nonrefundable Cleaning fee of $50.00
Tax Rate: 6.0%
Nonrefundable Pet Fee if Pet is allowed by Huron Shores Cottage Consent and will be included in writing within Rental Contract. Pet Fee of $100.00 per week or $50.00 2/3 day weekend stay.
