Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Memorial Day through Labor Day - $2350/week
$500 deposit holds the cottage and functions as a damage deposit. It is returned when grounds and unit are inspected at the end of visit. Reservation deposits will be fully refunded greater than 60 days prior to check in upon cancellation. 50% of deposit will be returned upon cancellation between 31 and 60 days prior to check in. No return of deposit within 30 days of check in. No refunds for early check out.
Check in is Saturday 5 p.m with check out the following Saturday 10 a.m. - $2350/week

Lake Ann House Details
There are four bedrooms, master with its own bathroom with a queen size bed, second bedroom with twin-size bunk bed (2 beds), third bedroom with full-size bed, and fourth bedroom with new pull-out queen size couch, extra thick mattress with extra comfort pad, very comfortable. There is a beautiful screened-in porch with tables and chairs overlooking the lake for sunset dining. The living room is very large and has a working wood fireplace. There are beautiful paths for biking or hiking within 1/8 mile. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept in their portable kennel at night and when left in the house alone. Smoking outside only, please. The cottage is 18 miles from Traverse City and 16 miles from Interlochen. The nearest grocery store is 2-1/2 miles away. Rates are Weekly: Memorial Day through Labor Day Check-in is Saturday 5 p.m. with check-out the following Saturday 10 a.m.

Shopping: 20 miles - the Grand Traverse Mall and Traverse City specialty shops. Entertainment: Interlochen Arts Academy has great summer entertainment - 16 miles away. BR B Activities: /B BR Swimming, boating, hiking, skiing, shopping, tanning BR B Area: /B BR Pearl Lake is 20 miles from the Grand Traverse Mall and the renowned specialty shops of downtown Traverse City. Interlochen Academy of Arts is 16 miles from the lake. There are wonderful summer programs featuring national talent at Interlochen. Fun dining 16 miles away, toward the Interlochen Academy (M137), at the Hofbrau.
