Groups of students are not permitted by the condo association and will be evicted by the condo complex. No refund under these circumstances or any other false pretenses.

Minimum 4 nights at $150.00 per night - High Season After Memorial Day to August 1st $1500.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday.
Minimum 7 nights at $175.00 per night for extra nights with discounts for 2 weeks or more.
August $1200.00 per week with 4 night min at 175.00 per night.
Low Season After Labor Day to Memorial Day $900.00 per week and $1550.00 per month.
Minimum 4 nights at 175.00, Discount given for over 1 month rentals.
