Sunset Lakes House Summary

We have named it 'Heart's Home' and it truly is. The views from both front and back are breathtaking. Three sliding doors from the house to the screened-in pool in the rear allow ample enjoyment of the view of it and the lake beyond. It has 1 King suite; a king bed and a master bath, 1 Queen suite; a queen bed in the front bedroom sharing a full bath with the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds and a fold-out queen sized sofa-bed in the living room. A full kitchen with raised breakfast counter and a new stove, plus an informal dining area/great room/living room offer plenty of room to spread out. The living and dining rooms have been newly furnished this year along with a fresh coat of paint throughout. The villa is tiled in the living areas with new carpeting in the bedrooms. We provide a N64 “Nintendo' with many games, a VCR/DVD player with a choice of titles, a large flat screen LCD TV and Broadband Internet access. There is also a 2 car garage.

Shopping for anything; souvenirs, clothing, electronics or toys are at your fingertips. Beaches on the Space or Gulf Coasts are a mere 90 minutes away. The villa is a great jump off point for anything you want to do.

Sunset Lakes House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $695 - $845/week
  • All rental fees will be subject to 13% FL tax. Any stays less than 7 days will be charged for cleaning. Pool heat is an additional $20 per day.

    A deposit of $250 is due upon securing dates and receiving confirmation number. This is subtracted from your total, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Should you need to cancel, we can apply the full $250 to a future reservation. If you cancel 45 days or longer before check-in, 50% of your deposit or $125 will be refunded.

    High Season - June, July, August, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter $125/night - $845/week
    Low Season - All Other Times $110/night - $695/week

The Master Suite has direct access to the pool area by way of sliding glass doors, and a large bath including a garden tub and a separate shower. Sunset Lakes House Details

Sunset Lakes is a gated community and has a tot lot and a community pool with amenities. The lakes are beautiful plus you can enjoy fishing as well.
Amenities:
Screened-in heated pool, patio furniture, queen sized sofa-bed, large master suite, washer, dryer, radio/CD player, cable television, DVD, VCR, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, both formal and patio dishes/glassware, all linens, pillows, blankets, 2 car garage, phone.
Area:
We are just 1 mile off route 192 with its many shops (clothing, food market, pharmacy, and souvenir), restaurants, video stores and a library located there. The conservation area and lakes in our small community make it the perfect retreat from all the activity nearby. We are 4 miles from the Disney entrance, approximately 5 minutes. Other attractions are close too; Sea World (15 minutes), Universal Studios (20 minutes), and Downtown Disney to name a few.

Our home is about 60 minutes from Cape Canaveral and the Atlantic Ocean and approximately 90 minutes from the Tampa Bay area and Gulf Coast. Both coasts offer excellent deep sea fishing and boating.
