Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Reservation of the condo requires a deposit of half the total amount with the remainder due 2 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit minus a cancellation fee of $100.00 is refundable if cancellation is received 60 days before arrival. Rate includes all taxes.
