- A two night deposit will secure your reservation.
Balance due 40-50 days prior to check-in.
Keys, maps, etc. will be mailed to your house.
Refundable damage deposit is $350.
Check-in is 3:30pm and check-out is 10:00am.
No refunds if cancellations are after 6 weeks from booking, unless the period can be re booked, in which case, a one night fee will be forfeited.
No smoking inside of home and no pets. Thank you.
