Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A two night deposit will secure your Reservation.
Winter and Summer rentals Require a 7 night stay.
Balance due 40-50 days prior to check-in.
Keys, Maps, etc. will be mailed to your house.
Refundable damage deposit is $350.
Check-in is 3:30pm and check-out is 10:00am.
No Refunds if Cancellations are after 6 weeks from booking, unless the period can be re booked, in which case, a one night fee will be forfeited.
No Smoking Inside of home and NO pets. Thank you.
