Marblehead House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $600-$1500 a night
  • BOOKING NOW FOR SUMMER 2013. PRIME WEEKS $8900. Early June and Late Aug. $7900

    SUMMER 'weeks' MON. 4pm to SUN. 4pm.

    May/Sept/Oct nightly rate is $1000/ 2 night minimum.

    Holidays $1500/3 night minimum.

    NOV-APRIL WINTER SPECIAL rate $600-$800 depending upon size of group. CALL or email MARLA for rate quote.
  • In the winter I offer a special from NOV-APRIL of $600 a night for groups of adults with 16 or less. This is more than half off the prime summer rate! Where else can you find a place right on the lake where all your friends or family can gather for a weekend with lots of comfort and privacy?? With 16 adults, $600 a night is $37.50 a person!

  • There is plenty of room for the whole family (7000+ square feet) and lots of bed and bath options. Where can you find a vacation rental with Eight King bedrooms?! There is a first floor suite with a king bed and its' own bath for those who don't do stairs. On the second floor each of the five bedrooms has a king size bed and a private bath. The third floor is great for kids. There is one king bedroom, two queen beds, 4 double beds, 3 twin beds and four roll-away beds up there. Six bedrooms surround a large common area with a large screen TV--there is a full bath and two half baths on the third floor. You've already heard about the view from the tower room! It has a king bed, its own bath and a rooftop patio. Folks will fight over who gets to sleep there!

They can do gourmet sit down dinners, a clambake, barbecue, pig roast, picnic, and brunch buffet ---whatever you would like. Kitchen appliances include- two quiet dishwashers, three large refrigerators, two ovens,8 burner range, microwave, ice maker, three sinks, pantry.
