Our rentals run Sat. to Sat.. Our weekly rental rates include all cleaning fees, the only additional charge is the 11% tax.
We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach 'our favorite area' so we are able to make sure our condos are clean and well maintained. We personally inspect both condos prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Being local owners enables us to update Breakers #221 and Breakers #240 regularly. The majority of our guests are repeat renters and we book up quickly, so make your reservations early. If our guests need to contact us during their stay, we are just a phone call away! - Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #221 and Breakers #240 will accommodate up to four guests. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom with a new mattress (with visco memory foam), a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room and (bunks in a hall alcove.) The bunks are great when you have kids, you do not have to pull out the sofa bed and have it in your way. You can put the kids to bed, shut the door, and have the living room to yourself. You can relax, watch TV, or sit on the balcony without disturbing them. The bunks can also accommodate adults. The bedroom has all new furniture and a TV. Completely Renovated Hilton Head Vacation Rentals: Hilton Head Breakers #221 and Breakers #240 - If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, Hilton Head vacation rental, look no further, both our oceanfront condos are in in excellent condition. Both condos were completely renovated and are in excellent condition. Some of the renovations include, plush carpeting in the livingroom and bedroom, ceramic floors in kitchen, hall and bath, New: kitchen cabinets, counter tops, microwave convection oven, stove top, washer, dryer, full size refrigerator w/icemaker and new furnishings. Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers: is a small quiet complex; there are only 120 units, perfect for a relaxing vacation. During your stay you will enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You do not have to drive or walk to the beach, you are already there; the ocean is right out the door. Coligny Plaza is right across the street. The Breakers Complex has a large oceanfront pool area with two pools, one for the adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. The pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over. A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. The Breakers Complex also offers covered parking, onsite manager, and seasonal security.
