Amenities: The condo is completely equipped to be a home-away-from-home. With stove, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer, 3 ceiling fans, floor fan, computer, wireless high-speed Internet, stereo, TV, CD, Cassette, DVD, and VCR, everything is there to make your stay comfortable, including a large DVD and VHS library. And the 2 beautiful pools in this gated complex are extremely relaxing. Amongst the most exclusive gated communities in Manzanillo, this complex has a calm, serene atmosphere the permanent residents are anxious to preserve. Rules concerning disturbances and consideration for others are strictly enforced.
Lots to Do, or Not!: Activities:You are only limited by your imagination: hiking, swimming, diving, snorkeling, fishing, sight-seeing, and lots more.Condo Carlos is located on the exclusive Santiago Peninsula; golfing is literally a short-walk away, while the supermarket is roughly 2 miles away. Area: Please see our website for lots of information on the area. The gated condominium complex, known as El Faro, sits high on the Santiago Peninsula. The Peninsula has a guard station which everyone must pass to get onto the Peninsula, further ensuring your safety. Manzanillo itself is extremely safe, enjoying that 'small town' feel. And best, not having fully developed as a major tourist destination, it's 'still Mexico'! Just visit the wonderful towns of Santiago or Salahua, just 2 minutes away, for proof of that.
