Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1000-1300CAD / Week
- Minimum length of stay is one week. To secure the reservation we take the equivalent of one week's rental at the time of booking. For longer stays, the balance of the amount owing is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $100CAD handling fee for reservations that are canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival. The balance is returned to the renter. Note that all payments are forfeited for cancellations that are made less than 60 days prior to arrival. Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
- Our rates slightly vary depending on the number of people in the party. For any length of stay beyond 10 nights, we offer a 10% discount. The longer the stay, the greater the discount! There are no additional fees such as taxes or cleaning fees. We take a credit card damage deposit of $900 for visible damages or to cover excessive cleaning. We will notify you within 5 days of departure should there be an additional cleaning cost or damages. We are aware that wear and tear are normal, so is breaking a drinking glass!
