The vacation home will be inspected after your departure. If there are no problems, the deposit will be returned in full, by mail 14-30 days after checkout. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations may re-book within one year, exc. holidays and rally. Rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy. South Dakota sales tax of 5.5% applies. Standard cleaning fee of $95.00 + tax. Check in time 4 PM. Check out time 10 AM. Entire rental agreement will be sent upon request.
