Lead House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $275-$325 per night; 2011 Sturgis Rally, Aug 8-Aug15, $4500.
- Rates: $325/night Peak times (June-Aug, Dec-Feb, holidays); $275/night Off peak. . Rates subject to change without notice. Deposit of $300 ($500 for rally rental) is required to guarantee reservation and is security against damage, late checkout, and other reasons as described in rental agreement. The vacation home will be inspected after your departure. If there are no problems, the deposit will be returned in full, by mail 14-30 days after checkout. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations may re-book within one year, exc. holidays and rally. Rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy. South Dakota sales tax of 5.5% applies. Standard cleaning fee of $95.00 + tax. Check in time 4 PM. Check out time 10 AM. Entire rental agreement will be sent upon request.
