The upper floor includes a spacious living room with 12-foot beamed ceilings and view of the ocean from its large windows, a television, fireplace and two sofas, a large dining room, full kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, two patios, one with BBQ and ocean views, the other overlooking the colorful courtyard, master bedroom and master bathroom completes the upper level. The master bedroom suite has a custom wrought iron queen-size canopy bed and walk-in closet. This exclusive community has its own private beach and 24-hour security. The beach is perfect for boogie boarding or just relaxing. Downtown Rosarito is only 1 mile away, and includes the very large public beach with horseback riding, ATV rental, etc. Restaurants and nightclubs are everywhere. Go have some fun! Amenities: Two fireplaces, Two TVs, VCR, DVD, Stereo/CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided. Linens provided.
