Cabrera Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $8,190-$18,200/week
- Winter Season: December 19 to the Sunday after Easter
$1,000 per night plus $200 per night per bedroom required (up to 8 bedrooms available)
Spring/Summer Season: Sunday after Easter until Late August
20% discount
Fall Season: Labor Day until December 18
35% discount

Please note that Sunrise Villa is a private home and will never be shared between more than one rental groups. The villa rental fee includes the entire property and staff.
Rates do not include airport transfers. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include taxes. There is a four night and four bedroom minimum. There is a one week minimum around certain holidays and prices may be higher.
Christmas Week the rate is $25,000
New Years Week the rate is $28,000 - Rates $8,190-18,200, some holidays higher rental fee may apply
