This is a non-smoking unit. Assn rules strictly prohibits renting to anyone under 25 years of age (Strictly enforced by management and security at resort.
Rates do not include 11% FL Sales Tax & $85.00 Cleaning Fee. No pets allowed in the summer. Small dog allowed in fall for additional $150 fee.
A $200 Security Deposit is required to Reserve. 3 night minimum.
($150 extra charge for Holidays)
