Emerald Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $165 to $250 a night, $25 a day for pool/spa heat, $250 refundable security deposit, 13% FL tax

We require a deposit of $220 once the reservation is made. Balance is to be paid within 30 days of arrival date. There is a $250 refundable security deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The $220 reservation fee to book and mark off your desired dates is non-refundable.
The $220 will always be applied to your visit, when you can make it.
During the holiday season, no refunds. You can rebook another time always.
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a cleaning surcharge of $85.
Due to Emerald Island Resort being so conveniently located and the fact that it is one of the newest resorts in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, we suggest you try and secure your dates of arrival and departure as soon as possible to prevent any hitches. (Especially if you wish to book during the High or Mid-Seasons)
