Water, gas and electricity and hot water are included in the rental, central heating fee are extra (Euro 12 per day per apartment).
The house is cleaned for your arrival and every Saturday. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Maid service and cuisine ,normally not present, are extra. Guests should arrive after 5 pm. on Saturday and vacate before 10 am. on the day of departure.
Cancellations and Refunds
The deposit is non-returnable. The balance is full refunded if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if canceled 45-30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival. However if you cancel a booking we will return any money sent (minus bank charges) if we can find another booking for you dates.

A portable cellular phone is available upon request. Usage is pre-paid on arrival. Initial amounts normally either 26 Euro or 52 Euro. If you exhaust this amount, the property owner will show you how and where to recharge it. No rental fee for this type of unit may also be charged. Villa Cuiano provides a truly memorable setting for all types of events such as weddings, renewal of vows, baptisms and birthdays. The garden may accommodate up to 60 seated guests. The little restaurant room facility accommodates up to 20 seated guests.
Golf: The entry is near the garden and once inside you find the built-in kitchen and sitting room with armchairs and large antique table. The sleeping area includes a spacious, cool bedroom where an afternoon rest on a warm summer day is truly pleasant. The bathroom has a bath tub. The house is completely cleaned with fresh towels, soap, bed linens and basic supplies. Additional maid service during the week can be arranged at a minimal cost.
