Satellite Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum Stay for this rental is 181 days.
- Peak season months (November through April) $3000/month
Non-peak season months (May through October) $2500/month - $250 booking deposit at the time reservation is made.
$250 refundable security deposit at the time reservation is made.
$150 cleaning fee.
Payment for the house rental to be made one month before arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit booking deposit, and within one week of arrival will forfeit all payments.
Payment options: Cashiers/Registered check, Personal/business check, Money order.

A wrap-around balcony (three sides of the house) provides views of the ocean and great sun bathing. Amenities: Central air Florida room has a pull-out bed Private screened pool and patio Two-car garage Beach: 500 feet from the house Area: Florida’s Space coast where people working on satellites and shuttle flights choose to live. Lovely sandy beaches invite walks, swimming, surfing and shell collecting and attract green and leatherback turtles to nest (April to August).
Near-by attractions: Zoo (15 min) Ron Jon surfing emporium (18 min) Kennedy Space Center (30 min) Nat’l Wildlife Refuge (38 min) Disney World (65 min) Sea World (65 min)
Beaches are lovely for solitary walks, for surf fishing, and provide excellent wave action for surfing. There is a Wildlife preserve on Merrit Island near by.
Other Activities: Driving distance to DisneyWorld, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, RonJon surf shop
