Satellite Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum stay for this rental is 181 days.
- Peak season months (November through April) $2500/month (negotiable for longer stays)
Non-peak season months (May through October) $2000/month - $250 booking deposit at the time reservation is made.
$250 refundable security deposit at the time reservation is made.
$150 cleaning fee.
Payment for the house rental to be made one month before arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit booking deposit, and within one week of arrival will forfeit all payments.
Payment options: Cashiers/Registered check, Personal/business check, Money order.
