personal/business check, money order, cash. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS (except for the security deposit through the PayPal website).
Minimum stay: 3 nights Smoking permitted on lanais only. No pets allowed
Deposits: A deposit of $250, which will be your refundable security deposit, is required to confirm the booking and 50% of the rental fee, by check or money order, must be received within 10 working days. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. There is a $60 cleaning fee.
Cancellations and Refunds: A $50 fee will be made for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival a 50% refund will be made. - Check in time: 3:00 pm, checkout time 11:00 am
