The main living area also hosts a large 31' TV with video and DVD players - we have a small library of about 50 children’s and blockbuster movies. A Playstation 2 games console is located in the main bedroom - so make sure you bring the kids favourite PS I and II games as we only have a few games - Simpson’s Roadrage, James Bond, Skateboarding 2002 and Legoracers II. Through the patio doors you can enjoy the fantastic south facing pool area with the 30 foot heated pool plus spa. The tranquil view of the lake is the perfect background from which to soak up the sun or relax in the pool - we offer extended decking and ample furniture to accommodate up to 12 adults. The spa is on a timer - just set the timer and relax those aching muscles - or float on a lilo with the sound of spilling water to keep the mood calm.

Among many safety features the patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed to ensure unaccompanied children cannot wander out without their parents being fully aware. The villa also has smoke alarms in every room. Of the 5 bedrooms two have double beds (the master boasting a queen size) with twin beds in two and twin plus bunk beds in one room. All beds are upgraded to ensure maximum comfort. The main bedroom has en-suite facilities with a corner bath, walk in double shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 also has en-suite facilities. The versatile accommodation can sleep up to 11 people in permanent beds plus cots so Grandma and Grandpa or family friends can come as well. Alternatively, two families can use the house without living in each other’s pockets; this really keeps the cost down. New for 2004 is the complete games room with full size Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis and Pool Table. Tennis Equipment, Fishing Rod etc.

Who needs a garage when they're on holiday? We didn’t so we changed it to a 'full on' games room - the perfect place for a family tournament over a cool one. Just be sure to let the kids win! The villa is looked after by a Management Agency based on Lake Berkley - their main purpose is to provide all the assistance and needs you may have. They provide cleaning, fresh linen and can offer additional cots, high chairs (we have one of each at the villa already) and virtually anything else you may need to ensure you have a great vacation. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted outside. LAKE BERKLEY is a private gated community with a spring fed lake, sandy beach, tennis courts, volleyball courts and children’s playground area. For those seeking a quieter pastime there are cycle and jogging tracks as well as a peaceful nature trail.

Golf: In addition to this Lake Berkley offers a 2000 sq ft clubhouse with a large heated communal pool, arcade games, pool and air hockey, movie rentals, gymnasium, snack and coffee shop. Other communities are more remote and may be up to 40 minutes drive from attractions without offering anywhere to walk. This tranquil resort is surrounded by wooded areas and orange trees and makes the ideal base for a vacation in Orlando.
