Amenities: : Ocean Air Beach House has a gourmet kitchen including 2 Viking refrigerators, 2 Bosch dishwashers and granite countertops. There are 3 HVAC units, 2.5' wood blinds on most Andersen casement windows, whole house water treatment incl. reverse osmosis, phone/intercom system, and 13 ceiling fans. Tinted windows on east and southwest walls. The house was decorated with luxury furnishings by Frazier Interiors. There are 2 laundry rooms, 1 on each floor with Maytag Neptune front-loading washer/dryers. playpen and highchair.
There is a 3 year old in ground 3-5.9 ft deep 30x40x10x8 foot pool and a fenced in playground set. The large oceanfront family room has large Andersen sliding glass doors facing the ocean and has a gas vented fireplace, a HDTV 5.1 theater system with HD digital cable TV and HBO/DVR, and a wet bar. There is a wired and wireless Linksys network with cable modem for Internet access. There are also 4 DVD players, 2 VHS VCR units, and 1 XBOX game system. Four bedrooms have inlet views across the street. There are 2 downstairs inlet-facing bedrooms with queen beds. Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms (4 oceanfront) with 4 king beds,a 5th with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, and the sixth with a double bed in gameroom. The downstairs living areas have tile and maple floors.
The oceanfront second floor master suite measures 54 feet by 12.5 feet and has a HDTV 5.1 Digital theater system with HD digital cable TV with HBO, crown molding, heated tile floor and TV in the bath, bidet, refrigerator, a 4'x4' glass shower for two people, a jetted tub, and views of Murrels Inlet. Activities: Swimming, beachcombing, fishing on the pier 0.9 miles NE, skiing and boating at the marina 1.5 miles SW, outlet mall shopping, shopping and dining at Broadway at the Beach 8 miles away, and dining at Murrels Inlet restaurants such as Lee's Kitchen and Gulfstream Cafe, surfing the internet on a broadband, wireless Linksys network.
