We do not rent to guests under the age of 23.
Check in 4 PM on 1st day and check out 10:30 AM of last day for all rentals.
Deposits:
50% of rental fee due at reservation 50% due at time booking is made.
$450.00 security deposit required plus remaining balance of rental fee due 8 weeks in advance to reservation dates.
Security Deposit refunded in full on final day after cabin inspection.
Refunds:
If you cancel for any reason we are unable to refund your money due to the fact that we turn away many guests for the dates you hold off the calendars and it's very hard to re-book once you have turned away all your potential renters. Therefore we suggest to all our guest to purchase vacation travel insurance o - Weekly Rate

- All bathrooms come fully equipped with towels and are nicely sized. All bathrooms include all towels and basic amenities. We clean everything from top to bottom between renters. Bathroom off sleigh bedroom is handicapped equipped with a seat in the shower and wide opening. The master suite bathroom upstairs has a separate shower from the Old fashioned claw foot bath tub and double sink area, nice and large with good lighting . We provide starter amenities such as hand soap, body soap, laundry soap, dish detergent and other. New all bedding has been upgraded for queen beds with luxury bedding such as you would find in a luxury hotel. Our guests are saying 'fabulous!' so comfortable, we did not want to leave our bed.

- All Bedrooms include wonderful linens with 2 to 4 pillows on each bed and cozy down comforters, no need to bring anything. The master bedroom has a Full bathroom off the bedroom and the Sleigh bedroom has a full bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms are large loft rooms with every comfort. Our bedrooms are tastefully furnished with pillow top mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep and every effort to create 'cozy nest' for you! All beds made with luxurious bedding all towels included this also means the Hot Tub and beach towels. We have starting amenities for our guests very like your favorite hotels plus more. The Home Movie Theater sits 10 people on comfortable couches and chairs with great visuals for everyone. The Game room has brand new 8Ft pool table, 8 ft Air hockey, real arcade pin ball machine and more. Also a table provided for playing assorted board games and cards. All bedrooms have at least 1 chair in them with beautiful wood floors and throw rugs and throws.

Close to Lake Champlain: We are just 2 miles from Lake Champlain where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, boating, jet skiing, water skiing and lots more! Take a sail boat tour or a dinner cruise! We have lots of hiking all around us. The cabin itself sits on 56 private acres of it's own for you to have a fun and or romantic picnic with your loved ones! Walks etc... We even provide the wicker picnic basket. Relax on the Hammock for 2 on our huge wrap around porch! In addition, We now Host special events on this beautiful property! Our special events are held in a wonderful tent . With the beautiful views you won't be disappointed! For wedding and reception information please e-mail us. Summer is Peak time here in the green mountain state, you and your family will enjoy your stay here while at the same time doing what you want in a beautiful place. Fully equipped, family friendly also great for the grandparents. We also offer Real Farm tour of a working farm with over 500 cows and calves.

Our bedrooms are furnished with warm inviting furnishings and antiques... the mattresses are all new pillow top beds -- Wonderful to sleep on! Sheets are laced edge for that 'Old Fashioned' touch. Even the kids won't want to go home:) We have provided Games for the children and Adults alike and a Basket of pamphlets for you to browse and decide what you'll do for your stay here in Vermont. For guests with children, we offer the opportunity to visit a real Vermont Dairy Farm where they can go see hundreds of cows, visit the baby calves, horses, rabbits, cats, dogs and puppies. Should they wish, they can see the cows milked too! This farm is the Real thing... Not a tourist attraction -- only available to our guests upon request. Horse back trail rides available for our guests only enjoy our scenery on a trail ride! Reservations for trail ride must be made in advance.
Ski: Please contact us today for your next stay here in Vermont! Cross country ski out your back door or down hill ski at 5 major ski areas Bolton Valley, Smuggs, Stowe, Middlebury Snowbowl, Sugar bush, White Face all with 30 minutes to 70 minutes from the Log Cabin. Sled down local hills 2 sleds provided for the children, Extra can be purchased locally.
Golf: Golf is just minutes away in different directions. We are also close to UVM and Middlebury Colleges many parents have stayed with us from these colleges, We can also arrange for graduations parties for college students upon request. Please make arrangements in advance of arriving. We also offer Trail rides on a first come basis as horses are limited to 2 trail rides a day. Trail rides are meant for all levels of riders please inquire before your arrival.
