The cobblestone entrance and streets compliment the contemporary Mexican styling of the homes here. You can tell at first glance that this is the premier location for family vacations in the Puerto Vallarta area. Casa Bala is one of the nicest homes in the community. The view is just fantastic. The upstairs balcony overlooks the pool in the backyard and you can see the whole community with the Bay in the background. The wide sandy beach is just a short walk down the street where early in the spring you can see the whales and dolphins playing in the bay while the gulls and pelicans search for food. This kitchen is really nice. It has all tile countertops and everything you need to prepare a meal for your family or, friends. The big refrigerator will hold as much food as you would need for a week or two.

On the counter top you will find a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender for all of those frosty drinks you will enjoy, plus purified water in the kitchen for cooking and drinking so no one's vacation is ruined. Just off the kitchen are a washer and dryer if you need fresh clothes while you are here. This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs for someone who might have difficulty with stairs. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a closet. The Master bedroom up stairs also has air conditioning. #2 bedroom upstairs has a double bed, and the downstairs bedroom has twin beds. The luxurious living room is decorated for maximum comfort and hospitality and includes TV with English speaking satellite service, DVD player and Internet service. A 2nd TV and separate satellite receiver are located in the master bedroom as well

Comfortable outdoor furniture on the patio lends to a relaxing snooze now and then or just getting a little tan around the pool. The wide sandy beach at La Puntilla is a fantasy playground where you can snorkel, swim, poke around the tide pools, or, just do nothing and soak up the warm, year-round, Mexican sunshine. The beach is safe for children of all ages. Because it is on the Bay, there are no large waves or rip tides to spoil a day of fun. Casa Bala is about a 3 minute leisurely walk to the beach.
