Maid service (complete cleaning and fresh linens) is provided twice weekly. Additional service can be arranged for with the local property manager at a very reasonable cost. For your outside enjoyment, you will find table,chairs and lounges on the patio overlooking the pool. A charcoal Weber bar-b-q is also available in case you would like to grill some steaks or local seafood as you savor the breath taking view of the bay. Casa del Sol, is right on the beach overlooking the wide expanse of Banderas Bay with the Sierra Madre Mountains in the background. Known for its natural beauty and tranquility, the bay is home to many forms of marine life. These conditions make it ideal for the Humpback Whales who use the bay as their birthing grounds in December, January, February and March. Another fun sight is watching the sea birds plunge into the waves getting their catch of the day as the dolphins play in the warm ocean waters.
