Moultonborough Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Week starts Saturday to Saturday, in by 3pm and out by 10am
Weeks available for 2007 season: 6/24/07 through 9/04/07, Labor Day.
Our rate is $1100 per week plus a charge of $75 for the cost of cleaning & trash removal. Additionally, a refundable charge of $500 for any damage or missing items on the property. - $750 per month beginning September for a period of eight to nine months through to May or June, 2008.

Moultonborough Cottage Details
In addition, there is a much larger private and shared sandy beach four minutes walk away that is over 800 feet long, the water depth goes out very gradually {great for small children} and there is a raft to swim to as well! This beach is one of the largest on the lake, it has it's own picnic tables, boccie courts and portable bathrooms. There is also parking at the beach for renters, by car it is about 30 seconds away. You can also reach the beach by use of our row boat,canoe or your own boat if you bring one because there is a section of the beach dedicated to beaching boats. Also, there is a free, private boat ramp at one end of the beach for your use within a short walking distance to our cottage. BR B Amenities: /B BR Picnic area in backyard with table, gas grill & screen house. Hammock under the large oak & hemlock trees by the water's edge.
Activities:
Shared tennis and basketball court with an adjacent children’s play ground area, all one minute walk from cottage. Castle in the Clouds in the Ossipee mountain range five minutes away.
Area:
One hour from the White Mountains, one and a half hours from the Atlantic Ocean. Two and one half hours from Boston.
