Bridgton Lodge Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- •Personal check, Bank Check, and Paypal accepted

• $500.00 deposit required to confirm reservation. Deposit converted to security deposit at check in.
• 50% of rental fee due 30 days prior to rental week.
• Final deposit due 2 weeks prior to rental week. Upon receipt of final deposit, keys will be mailed along with a self addressed return envelope.
• $500 Security Deposit required.
• Security Deposit will be refunded promptly provided:
- Keys are returned quickly.
- Property and grounds are clean and undamaged.
• Rental does not include linens or towels.
• Rental week begins Saturday at 3:00 PM and ends Saturday at 11:00 AM (Summer)
• Rental weekend begins Friday at 3:00 PM and ends Sunday at 3:00 PM.
• Please inquire if different alternative arrival / departure times are needed.
• Pets are welcome on a case by case basis and an additional $100.00 security deposit is required. Pets must be house trained and cleaned up after. - Cancelation Policy. 30 days cancelation notice is required. Cancelation with less than 30 Days notice may result in loss of all deposits.
