- $400 deposit with reservation becomes, upon arrival, a refundable security/damage deposit. Full payment due 60 days before arrival.
Please add 2% administration fee and 12% Florida taxes.

Rates based on 4-person occupancy. Maximum 6. Charge of $75/wk for each additional person.
