- The primary bedroom is on the outside building corner above ground level for additional window privacy. The main orientation is west. The west windows and balcony face straight to the close beach and ocean and the north windows face the ocean and marina village. This bedroom also has a sitting area, a desk work area with high speed internet, television/VCR. Views of the ocean are yours sitting, standing, or laying down in bed. There is a private ventilated window in the bathroom; you can even see the ocean in the shower if they're tall enough. The second bedroom has antique french style twin beds. The large window faces harbor beach and the marina. There is a private ventilated window in this bathroom too.

Oceanside Condo Details
The second bedroom with twin antique beds views straight to the lagoon and marina and angled toward harbor beach which you see from the bed area. Spend an aesthetic time enjoying the surroundings, relaxing, listening to the ocean roar, and gazing to the ocean and beach. Take the elevator down to the beach or walk to nearby interests such as the pier, harbor village, the marina and a handful of restaurants or explore the area by car. The condo is definitely non-smoking and is child friendly. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Amenities: On the beach complex, two pools and spas, Hawaii type grounds, waterfall and koi pond, gated complex, secure parking, on site security, weight room, billiards and some ping pong tables, gas BBQs and patio areas, coin laundry facilities.
