There is a minimum 7-night stay during the High Season. Call or e-mail for more information. Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check out by 11:00 a.m. There is a minimum 5-night stay during the Low Season. (with some exceptions) A discount will be given for stays of 21-days or more. Call or e-mail for more information. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Rates are shown and payable in US Dollars. A 13.41% state tax will be applied to all reservations. Non-refundable linen/exit clean fee of $150.00+ also applies. Payment method: VISA, MasterCard, Personal Check, PayPal. HAWAII STATE TAX ID # W30334332-01 - To secure your reservation, we require a 2-night deposit within 3 days of your booking. The balance will be due within 50-days prior to your arrival, accept for Christmas through Feb. bookings, which are due in full Nov. 1st.
A full refund (less cancellation fee of $200.00) will be given if cancellation is made at least 60-days prior to arrival. A 50% refund if cancellation is received 45-60 days prior to arrival. All other refunds will be pro-rated based on days prior to rental period and rate if the condo is re-rented. A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged on all cancellations.

- Each bedroom has it's own full bath, with hairdryers, and there's also a 1/2 bath off the living room for the convenience of a guest who may be sleeping on the sofa. The master bedroom has a flat-screen tv and DVD player also. Both bedrooms were completely re-painted in May 2011. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, in addition to the central air conditioning throughout the condo.
