Kiawah Island Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $595-1495/Week
- Add 12% state, county and Kiawah Island tax.
A 50% deposit must be received within 7 days after the original booking date. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. During the Christmas holiday season, pre-payment of entire cost of villa rental will be due by November 1st. Easter week, full payment is due the first day of the month preceding of the Easter month; and July 4th holiday, full payment is due by June 1.
Cancellation & Refund Policy. A $100.00 HANDLING FEE will be withheld from your initial deposit if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. There are NO REFUNDS given for cancellations made less than 30 days from arrival date. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. You will have ONE YEAR from your original arrival date to re-book with no additional charges, except for paying the difference in the price already paid and the addidtional price, if any, of the substitute week chosen. There are also NO REFUNDS for severe weather or early departure. - Two night minimum for $195.00 per night (excluding April 16 - August 19)
