Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Payment in full before occupancy is required plus separate $200 security/cleaning deposit. Security/cleaning deposit refundable based on approved cleaned check-out condition and no outstanding expenses. No smoking, no pets. Rec center monthly privilege card and guest passes are available for purchase.
Cancellation: If a 'hi-season' reservation is canceled and the house is not rented at the beginning of the reservation term, all monies received will be forfeited and not refunded. Failure to take possession of the rental at the beginning of the reserved period results in forfeiture of all monies paid. If re-rented during reserved time, some prorated monies refundable

Notes:
Cable TV, Internet, and basic utilities are included in rent. Living room flat-screen TV has a built-in DVD player that's easy to use. There' are CD players in the kitchen and the living room. Good lighting is provided throughout the home. Fishing in private Dawn Lake is excellent--particularly Bass and Tilapia, but other fish as well. Our lake homeowners association stocks the lake regularly. Ourdoor patio furniture includes two tables, the smaller of which often is placed on the dock with acolorful sun umbrella providing shade for the fisherman. Both a gas grill and charcoal grill are provided for outdoor cooking. A large crock pot in the kitchen makes meal preparation easy so that the many other activities in Sun City and the surrounding area can be enjoyed. There is swimming in private Dawn Lake which is clean and fed by a deep well. Nearby Rec Centers have indoor and outdoor pools, hot Tubs, and fitness centers. Enjoy picking fresh oranges, lemons, and clementines!
