Incline Village Condo Summary
This beautifully re-modeled four bedroom (King, King, Queen, 2 queens) 3 bath lake front condo is one of the nicest properties in the rental market. It can accommodate up to eight guests. There is a private beach and marina in the complex. Depending on availability and water levels, it is sometimes possible to rent a buoy during the summer for boats under 23 feet long. During the summer, there is usually a seven night minimum stay required.
This owner provides unlimited free domestic & international (there are some countries excluded) phone calls from this property (excludes collect and operated assisted calls). This is a great convenience especially if you need to work while visiting Tahoe. No more entering your credit card to make a long distance phone call.
