Gilbert House Details
A great place for early evening cool drinks and dinner! The home is fully furnished and very tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms have a full bathroom. They are both furnished with a king size bed and television. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the home which affords complete privacy for two couples. The great room and dining room are furnished with beautiful rattan furniture. Also to be found is a large TV and DVD/VCR. There is a two car attached garage with remote controlled door for your complete security. All appliances are included. (Such as heavy-duty washer and dryer, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and filtered water, smooth cooktop stove with self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal). The home is fully equipped with all linens, cooking utensils, silverware and dishes (right on down to the rolling pin and salt/pepper shakers).
Just stop at the store and buy your steaks and the bar-b-que awaits on the patio! The patio is also equipped with dining table & chairs and swing for your outdoor enjoyment. Club activities include heated lap pool, spa, large volleyball pool, tennis courts, bocceball court, fully equipped exercise room, a 20 seat theater, ballroom, ballet and dance workout rooms, library, several handicraft clubs, a cooking club, dance club, plus a beautiful clubhouse, a great pro-shop, restaurant and bar. Walking and biking trails abound in the area.
Area: You'll be so close to fantastic parks and hiking trails, let alone Camel Back mountain, Mexico and the Grand Canyon just to name a few!
