Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $3500-4000
• $4000 per week for up to twenty two people,
  plus cleaning fee of $300,
  State of Montana Bed Tax of 7%, and security deposit of $1000 for prime summer weeks. For early weeks in June or weeks in September, the rate is $3500 per week, plus the cleaning fee of $300, the Montana State Bed Tax of 7% , and $1000 security/damage deposit.
  Weekly rental rate must be paid in advance; cleaning fee, bed tax, and security deposit paid in cash at check in.
  More than twenty two people will be a higher weekly rate.
  Rates are less in June and September.
  Check with me for details on rates for June and September.
  If you book a week and later want to cancel after you have paid for the week, I will give you back all but $200 if I can book the week again. If not, you are stuck with that week and no refund will be given back.
  
  High season, from the last week in June that ends in July until the last week in August that ends in September $4100 per week plus cleaning and bed tax
• Low season, early June and after most of September $3500 per week plus cleaning and bed tax
