- NEWLY RENOVATED BEAUTIFUL CONDO. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. ON THE BEST PART OF CRESCENT BEACH! The comfort of our condo is evident upon your arrival. The unit is 1250 square feet and all the furniture is very comfortable. There is a flat screen television in the living room and each bedroom has its own TV and video/dvd player. After a day out on the beach it is wonderful to fall into the comfortable beds so that you can be well rested for your next day's adventures. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We just put in a brand new dishwasher! The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and pots and pans. Comes equipped with microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, garborator, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven. Restaurants are within walking distance and there is an interesting gift shop called 'Silversmith' next to City Pizza and Xavier's Restaurants.

There are tennis courts at the front of the condominium. Covered parking is available. Waking distance to wonderful restaurants such as City Pizza, Javiers, Captain Curt's... Short driving distance to Turtles, Siesta Key Village where a popular breakfast place is 'the Broken Egg'. The Stickney Point Bridge takes you to the mainland in less than 5 minutes where you will find the large Publix grocery store, sophisticated malls, movies, theater and museums. The Banyan walkway at the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens are amazing and would be a wonderful exploration before heading into Downtown Sarasota. Art Galleries abound and from there you are very close the famous Mote Marine Aquarium and Laboratory. Golfing is nearby with numerous courses to choose from.
