Folly Field Condo Summary

Spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, very attractive 2nd floor condominium. Completely renovated January 2007 Master bedroom has a brass, queen-size bed and a new TV on a wall-mount with 78 cable channels and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a second full bathroom. We are located on a 23 acre resort within a gated community with 24 hour security. Our prime central island location makes it a favorite family destination. And best of all, we are just a very short walk (300 yards) to Hilton Head's widest and loveliest stretch of white sand beach -- Folly Field Beach. Tennis and Racquetball is at your doorstep -- At No Charge! There's 10 tennis courts and two racquetball courts. Also at your doorstep is access to H.H.'s extensive bike paths. Bikes can be delivered right to your villa. Also, there's an on-site rental office to answer any questions you may have. They will provide you with maps, information on things to do, places to see, restaurants, etc.

Hilton Head Island is just 45 miles north of Savannah, GA and only 110 miles south of Charleston, SC. Sourthbound & Northbound motorists on I-95 should get off Exit 8 and stay on Route 278 all the way to Hilton Head Island. Fiddler's Cove is located off Folly Field Road, just about 5 miles from the bridge onto Hilton Head. Turn left off Highway 278 onto Folly Field Road and follow the signs. (Do NOT take the Cross Island Parkway).

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • We have just completed some major remodeling -- fresh paint throughout, new carpeting, new tile floors in the kitchen and both bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, new counters, new bathroom vanity and sinks, etc. The master bedroom has a brass, queen-size bed with a second cable TV (on a wall mount). The second bedroom has two twin beds. In addition, the 'over-stuffed' sofa in the living room opens into a 'very comfortable' queen-size bed.

Book Now - Save $100 Month. Completely Remodeled!: Our newly remodeled, air conditioned condo sleeps six. The kitchen has a new tile floor, new counters, and new cabinets. We offer a fully equipped kitchen including a washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, new dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils. The Living room has just been painted and has new carpeting. The Sofa is a queen-size sleeper. We have Cable TV (with 78 channels), new 5 CD player/stereo, VCR, DVD, telephone with answering machine and a private balcony. Linens and towels are provided and also a starter supply of soaps and dishwasher detergent.

Two large pools, Hot tub, 10 clay tennis courts (at no charge), On-site tennis pro, 2 indoor racquetball courts (at no charge), 300 yards from the ocean, Playgrounds located throughout the resort,. On-site rental agency for key pickup and to answer any questions. Island wide bike path is located near the entrance to Fiddler's Cove. Miniature golf and arcade is within walking distance.
