This condo is a 1/2 duplex at the quieter end of a residential area with forest service lots around it, close to Diamond Peak ski area. There are 3 bedrooms, (King, Double + Twin, Double + 2 Twins), and 3 baths. This property can accommodate up to 9 guests. There is a partial lakeview from the kitchen and the deck, and a hot tub on the deck. The living area is all on the entry level and the bedrooms are all downstairs.
This owner provides unlimited free domestic & international (there are some countries excluded) phone calls from this property (excludes collect and operated assisted calls). This is a great convenience especially if you need to work while visiting Tahoe. No more entering your credit card to make a long distance phone call.
