Koloa Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2500 to $5500 for up to 16 guests!
- $2500-5500/Week.
Minimum 7 nights.

All funds are due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations are accepted and deposits are returned if they are received 120 days or more prior to arrival date.
Deposits:
A Refundable $750 Security Deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit is returned the 25th of each month for guests of the previous month assuming the Exit Inspection by our Property Manager has completed and there are no issues. - Rates are $2500/wk for 1 house, 4 bedrooms/8 guests, $3500/wk for 2 houses, 6 bedrooms/12 guests, $4500 /wk for 2 houses/16 guests. 16 is the maximum for the total compound.
Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
Monthly prices are calculated based on a 28 day month.
