Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to stay 50% refund of rent and full security deposit will be returned to guest or full credit will be applied to rescheduled stay subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to stay are Non-Refundable. However the full amount of the rent may be applied to a rescheduled stay subject to availability,
