As this is an adult community, one renter must be 55 years of age. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Activities: Hiking, biking, birding, tennis, golf (seven courses in and around GV), racquetball, swimming, fully equipped exercise rooms, gambling at neighboring casinos, and numerous organized clubs associated with Green Valley Recreation. Area: Green Valley is located 20 minutes south of Tucson and 40 minutes from the Mexican border. The Santa Rita Mountains and Madera Canyon are minutes away.
