This tastefully decorated 1100 sq ft home at #12 Backwoods Lane is just a two minute walk across Abbott Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The Sunriver Lodge area with south swimming pool, tennis courts and other amenities is a short walk or bike ride away. There is extensive common area on two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The home is a recently remodeled 'Tumalo', a favorite of Sunriver residents and guests. The living and dining area feature exposed beams, a vaulted pine tongue and groove ceiling, and a row of windows near the peak of the roof for sunlight to enter and provide a view up through the tree tops. This open, living, dining, and kitchen area provides a light and bright atmosphere. The gas fireplace adds warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days.

Mt Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.

Sleeps 6:: Master Bedroom has a King Bed with Private Bath. The Second Bedroom includes a Queen Bed and Set of Bunks. There is a Double Sofa Sleeper in the Living Area.

Ski: Mount Bachelar ski area is just 20 minutes away.

Golf: This popular world-class resort has three 18-hole gold courses.
