London Apartment Summary

The apartment is on the second floor of a modern block called “Rosebank” in Holyport Road, Fulham. There is an elevator, a resident porter, a designated covered parking space and plenty of paying parking spaces in nearby streets. The accommodation is as follows: A large sitting room with dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with bath + shower, washbasin and lavatory, and a second separate lavatory with washbasin, and kitchen fully equipped with new electric stove, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, fridge-freezer and microwave. Central heating and constant hot water are included in the rent but tenants are expected to pay for their telephone calls. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided. The sitting room is furnished with a mixture of Victorian and modern furniture and pictures. The bedrooms have modern furniture and ample fitted cupboards.

All the rooms (except bathrooms) look over the large central garden square, and have a view over the river to a wildlife sanctuary beyond. The apartment faces south-west, has large double glazed windows and is very warm and sunny. There is a small balcony. The apartment is a 5 minute bus ride (or 15 minute walk) from Hammersmith Underground Station and 5 minutes walk from 5 bus routes. There is local food shopping a block away and a supermarket nearby. A riverside pub and the well known “River Café” restaurant are a few minutes walk upstream.
