- There are two spacious master bedroom suites upstairs. One master bathroom has a combination bath tub/shower and the other has a large walk-in shower. Both have bidets and spa teak bath mats. The downstairs bathroom has a tempered glass shower, a wash hand basin and a toilet. All bathrooms are fully tiled and have Hansgrohe fittings. There is an outside shower with a spa teak mat to rinse off the sand after returning from the beach.

- There are two expansive master bedroom suites upstairs. They each have king size beds, large walk- in closets, large private bathrooms and enjoy a full view of the ocean. There is a balcony on this level with 2 chairs -- an ideal place to watch the sunset or just enjoy the peace and quiet. The library is also on this level in between the two master bedrooms. There are a variety of types of books available to read -- everything from the classics to mysteries to a few children's books. The house also has a good selection of reference books including dictionaries, bird and plant guides. There are three bedrooms on the lower level. One largest bedroom has two full size beds.The second bedroom has a full sized futon. The third bedroom has bunk beds and is semi private. It is ideal for children. The upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans with excellent cross ventilation for the cool ocean breezes. The lower bedroooms are air conditioned. There is also a portable crib.
