Bethany Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Payment Options: Cashiers/Registered Check, Money Order
Check-in 2 p.m.; check-out 11 a.m. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Rates do not include a recreation fee to be paid directly to Sea Colony. No pets are permitted at Sea Colony. This is a non-smoking unit. Occupancy two adults and four children maximum or special permission by owner. $350 security deposit is required in additional to the rent; this is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the unit.
Cancellations and Refunds
Deposit of 30% is nonrefundable.
Deposits
30% deposit is due at time of booking to hold reservation. Balance and $350 security deposit due l5 days prior to arrival, in the form of cashier's, counter check or money order only.
** Three-Night Minimums occasionally available (check with owner) as follows:
September 22 - November 2, $650/three nights, $350 refundable security
November 2 - December 31, $500/three-nights, $350 refundable security - Indian Summer Weekend rentals (three night minimums) from Sept 22 to November 2, 2007 $650/three-nights; November 3 to December 31, 2007 $500/three-nights

Many family activities are available: Whale watching, jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing, golf and sailing nearby. On-site tennis, basketball courts, saunas, gym facilities, aerobics, shops, bike rental, indoor and outdoor pools.
Spa and massage bookings available through concierge at Sea Colony. Family activities scheduled throughout the week by Sea Colony Recreation staff throughout the summer months. Kiddie Kamp available throughout the summer, as well as the Young Lifeguards Program. Movie Theaters are plentiful. For shopping, the Rehoboth Outlets are only a few miles north of Sea Colony.
