Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Master Card/Visa Credit Cards Accepted
- From $1195-$2995/Week. Visa and MasterCard Accepted. Sorry no credit cards accepted w/ promotional or discounted rates.
All rates & fees subject to additional state & local taxes or 11.5%.
Pet Fees $130 per pet, per week - No Puppies.
Optional Pool Heating Fee $500 deposit per week. Guests pays for actual usage.
Weekly rates from Sun to Sun during Fall, Winter, Spring & Sat to Sat during Summer.
No Groups under 25 years of age - NO EXCEPTIONS
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Additional cleaning fees charged to stays of less than 1 week.
50% Reservation Deposit due upon making reservation. Remaining balance plus $450 refundable Damage Deposit due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Upon cancellation, payment is non-refundable unless property can be re-rented by owner - $200 processing fee will apply. Payment is not refunded for inclement weather unless mandatory evacuation order is in effect.
