Formosa Gardens House Details
The 35 x 28' double pool has a kiddies/social pool, spillover waterfalls, a Jacuzzi and fibre optic lighting. Gas heating is optional. An advanced filtration system ensures a sparkling, ripple free pool. The covered lanai caters for al-fresco dining for at east 16. Plenty of comfortable upholstered sun-loungers plus a separate sun-terrace at the side of the house if you need peace and quiet. Open aspect at rear. Surrounded by shrubs and palms, and set in a two thirds beautifully landscaped garden, this is indeed a tropical paradise! The house has two spacious living rooms, each with three comfortable sofas and two dining rooms. There is an extra large laundry with two washers and two dryers plus hand-wash tub. 20 x 20ft carpeted Billiards Room with darts and games. The beautiful ample kitchen has Corian tops, side by side refrigerator. All upgraded electrical appliances are Kitchen-Aid.
Other features of this home include:- Custom painted walls with $000's worth of modern art and artifacts; hairdryers in every bathroom; crib; highchair. All windows are dressed including the games room. The seven en-suite bedrooms are all considered Master Suites as each is furnished to a very high standard with pillow-top mattresses, armchair or sofa. The two children's room are themed 'Pooh Bear' and 'Animal Kingdom'. Safety and security are important features. Fitted with child alarms at french doors; two fire extinguishers; interconnected smoke alarms and emergency lighting at every exit; safe; keyless entry plus lock-box in case of breakdown.
