Home is located just minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and all the main attractions. Walk to a variety of restaurants, fishing pier and ocean. Close to all area shopping malls and outlet stores.
Rental Info and Policies: CHECK IN: 3pm/ CHECK OUT: 10AM PAYMENT OPTIONS: Visa, Money Order, Mastercard, Cashier's Check, Personal Check CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations canceled any time before arrival will be refunded less 20% ONLY if the property is rerented. If the property does not rerent and you have not purchased TRAVEL INSURANCE you will not receive a refund. TRAVEL INSURANCE is available- it is optional and does have a fee to purchase. DEPOSITS: Once you make a reservation a deposit of half the base rental rate is due within 10 days to confirm the reservation. The balance including taxes, fees, and security deposit is due 30 days prior to check in.
