More details about our house: This riverfront, custom, fully-equipped redwood and glass 4 bedroom (including large loft) 3 1/2 bath home sleeps 8. 2 new kayaks and a large canoe included. The house is newly and luxuriously furnished including Large Hot Tub, 2 sofas, sectionals and comfortable chairs seating eight comfortably by the fireplace. The living area has a vaulted ceiling and home theatre system with cable TV and VCR/DVD/CD. A desk with high speed broadband Internet access is included. There is a large dining table and furniture outdoors as well. The large, sunny redwood decks have redwood furniture including a large dining table and benches for 8, plus a new Tuscany gas grill and a large charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a private separate sitting room with gas wood stove and full bathroom. The master has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has 2 twins and fourth has 2 queens. All beds are in great condition for a restful night's sleep. 3 bedrooms have entry doors direct to baths.

All bedrooms have luxury furnishings and linens, bathroom access, individual thermostats, large closets with generous shelves, chairs, and tables. Beds have blankets, pillows and bedspreads. Luxury linens and towels are included. The loft and living areas are brightened by two large skylights for nighttime stargazing framed thru 200 foot high redwoods! The living, dining and kitchen have full-length river view and fireplace.
