Amenities: Just off the deck is a secluded sandy area that is bordered by iceplant and offers privacy. This 1100 square foot house is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Other amenities include a 36'' TV with cable and VCR, a newspaper subscription, all linens, soaps, paper supplies and normal household items such as a vacuum, brooms and garden hoses. Guests especially appreciate the personal touches that include M&Ms in the candy jar and a coffee maker that includes coffee! Fully furnished and equipped including all linens, 2 car garage, fireplace with gas log, oceanfront, front deck with barbecue, chairs, tables and umbrella, front yard with secluded sandy area that is great for small kids and privacy, washer, dryer, 35'' cable TV, dishwasher, newspaper subscription, fully equipped kitchen, exceptional sunsets, coffee-maker with coffee .
